Refund policy

We currently do not process exchanges but refund shipments are possible for some items within 14 days after delivery date. Please note, the item presented for return must be in perfect saleable condition in order to facilitate a refund. 

IMPORTANT: No refund will be offered for earrings due to hygienic reasons.
